This is a single fee charged on a monthly basis that gives you access to at least 4 group coaching calls a month, an online community for celebrating and struggling with a supportive and understanding support system, and resources that will be added on an ongoing basis. As days and times are added you will have access to more days and times as well.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase by and between Fresh Rise Group, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company d/b/a Fresh Rise Coaching (the “Coach”), and you, the individual purchasing access to the Calm in the Chaos Coaching Community (the “Member”). The Coach and Member are sometimes referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide Member with ongoing access to group coaching sessions through the Calm in the Chaos community designed to support personal and professional well-being, reduce stress, and increase resilience. Membership is structured as an ongoing subscription (the “Membership”), with the Member having access to regularly scheduled group sessions, resources, and community engagement opportunities.

1. Scope of Services

Member retains Coach to provide professional coaching services and resources including:

Access to at least four (4) live group coaching sessions per month, with the number of available sessions increasing as new sessions are added.
Guidance and tools for reducing overwhelm, stress management, and work-life balance.
Strategies and practices to support resilience, clarity, and well-being.
Access to the Calm in the Chaos online community platform and any supplemental materials.
Any other areas of focus as determined by the Coach.

2. Schedule and Location

Sessions are held live online via the Kajabi platform, Zoom or other designated virtual platforms.
Session dates and times will be determined and communicated in advance by the Coach.
Members may choose to attend any or all of the sessions provided each month.
Recordings may be provided at the discretion of the Coach; however, live participation is encouraged for the greatest benefit.

3. Membership Fees

In exchange for Membership access, Member agrees to pay a monthly recurring fee as set at the time of purchase.
Amount of membership fees are determined by the price at the time of subscription.
Payment is collected automatically each month on the same day of the month that the original subscription was charged.
Payment is collected through Kajabi and/or Kajabi’s contracted payment processors.
Fees are due regardless of the number of sessions the Member attends in any given month.
All sales are final; refunds are not issued once monthly access has been granted.

4. Coach-Member Relationship

The Coaching Relationship is built upon mutual trust and respect. The Parties agree to the following:

Coach agrees to uphold the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Member agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback, and engage in the coaching process.
Member acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.
Member accepts responsibility for implementing practices and strategies introduced through coaching, and understands that results depend on their own efforts.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in group sessions is confidential within the bounds of the coaching relationship.
Members are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share identifying or personal details outside the group.
Coach will maintain confidentiality consistent with the ICF Code of Ethics, subject to exceptions such as legal obligations, imminent harm, or illegal activity.

6. Session Attendance and Cancellation

Membership provides access to all sessions during the active subscription period.
There are no make-up sessions for missed live events; recordings may be made available at the Coach’s discretion.
Since this is an ongoing membership program, cancellation of attendance by Member does not affect the monthly fee.

7. Termination Policy

Membership continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by the Member through Kajabi.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice.
If terminated by the Coach, Member will receive a pro-rated refund for unused access within that month.
If terminated by the Member, fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing Membership in the Calm in the Chaos Coaching Community, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
