High Level Leadership Voice + Confidence

Let's be real honest, you got about zero training on all of the complexity and nuance that existed at this level when you said yes to this role!  Even if your role is more about managing a classroom, projects, and less about managing other adults, rarely do you get trained on how to exude confidence or how to get heard in the places that matter!  Am I right? 

This program is working on celebrating and highlighting what you bring to the table and decisions.  The world needs you!
